Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Fantasy Skill Balance. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Fantasy Skill Balance platform, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Platform") operated by Fantasy Skill Balance ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

Eligibility

To use our Platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Not be prohibited from using the Platform under applicable laws
• Reside in a jurisdiction where fantasy sports contests are permitted
• Not have been previously suspended or removed from the Platform

We reserve the right to verify your eligibility at any time. Failure to meet these requirements may result in immediate termination of your account.

Account Registration and Security

To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Not share your account with others or allow others to use your account
• Not create multiple accounts for yourself

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these requirements or that we determine, in our sole discretion, are being used for fraudulent or improper purposes.

Fantasy Sports Contests

Our Platform offers skill-based fantasy cricket contests where users create virtual lineups of real cricket players and compete based on the statistical performance of those players in actual matches.

Contest Participation

• Skill-Based Entertainment: Our contests are games of skill where success depends on your sports knowledge, strategy, and decision-making.
• Lineup Creation: You are responsible for selecting your fantasy lineup before the contest deadline. Once a contest begins, lineups typically cannot be modified.
• Scoring: Points are awarded based on the actual performance of selected players according to our published point system.
• Leaderboards: Contest results are determined by comparing the total fantasy points earned by each user's lineup.
• Contest Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel contests due to insufficient entries, technical issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Contest Rules

• All contest-specific rules must be followed
• Players may only participate in contests where they are legally permitted to do so
• Users must comply with all lineup restrictions, budget constraints, and player selection rules
• Any attempt to manipulate contests or gain unfair advantage is strictly prohibited
• We may void contest entries that violate rules or terms

Prohibited Conduct

When using our Platform, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights
• Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or manipulative activities
• Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to access the Platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation
• Collect or harvest information about other users without permission
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Share insider information or non-public information about players or matches
• Collude with other users to gain unfair advantages
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent contest restrictions

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of your account and legal action.

Intellectual Property Rights

The Platform and all content, features, and functionality, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software, are owned by Fantasy Skill Balance or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Modify, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from the Platform
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software
• Remove or modify any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Use the Platform for commercial purposes without our written permission
• Frame or mirror any content from the Platform

Third-Party Services and Links

Our Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be liable for any damage or loss caused by your use of any third-party services.

Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

We do not warrant that:

• The Platform will function uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The Platform or servers are free of viruses or harmful components
• Results or information obtained through the Platform will be accurate or reliable

Player statistics, scores, and contest results are provided by third-party data providers. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FANTASY SKILL BALANCE AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Fantasy Skill Balance and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration association. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

Geographic Restrictions

Our Platform is intended for users in jurisdictions where fantasy sports contests are legal. It is your responsibility to ensure that your participation complies with local laws and regulations. We reserve the right to restrict access to the Platform from certain jurisdictions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect, and the invalid or unenforceable provision shall be reformed to be valid and enforceable to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Fantasy Skill Balance regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
